Shipping Options
We ship FedEx Standard Ground--with your merchandise usually arriving in 5-7 business days (this can take a little longer in December). Should you need your package sooner, we offer Second Day Air shipping options.
Shipping costs are based on merchandise sub-totals and are as follows*:

*All jewelry purchased and shipped will be charged $8.95, regardless of merchandise cost (this will be deducted upon processing your credit card on our end).
Please note that that due to high shipping costs, orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via USPS (not FedEx) and may be subjected to higher shipping costs. If it is determined that, once we have received your order, extra shipping charges are necessary we will contact you with the estimated shipping costs only if they exceed our standard rates. Please note that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer to arrive.
When the shipping address is within the State of Michigan, the checkout will automatically apply 6% sales tax. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, or outside the United States. Shipments that weigh in excess of 50 lbs. may be subject to higher rates. In the event this occurs, you will be contacted prior to the processing of the order to confirm.

Online Return Policy
All merchandise purchased from the Falling Water website may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. Should any items be returned, the full purchase price will be refunded less return shipping costs. The refund will be posted to the credit card on which the original order was placed.
