Ordering from Falling Water is easy. When you find something that you would like just click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button and it will take you immediately to the shopping cart, where all of your current selections and your sub-total will be displayed. You can order additional items by clicking the Continue Shopping. This will return you to the HOME PAGE.
The shopping cart will keep track of all your buying decisions until you are ready to check out. Please be sure to click on the CHECK OUT button. Be sure to fill out all the information requested so that we can process your order quickly and efficiently.
If an item is in stock, it will normally be shipped within three business days. If your order includes items that are not currently in stock we will contact you within three business days.

Our Return Policy

All merchandise purchased from the Falling Water website may be returned within thirty (30) days of the delievery date of the merchandise that was ordered.

Should any items be returned, the full purchase price will be refunded.

The refund will be posted to the credit card on which the original order was placed.
